Pros

  • salesmessage.com/pricing (Nov 6, 2026): Basic from $25/mo for 500 credits ($21 billed yearly), then 1,000 for $49, 2,500 for $99, up to 7,500 for $249. Pro from $329/mo for 10,000 credits ($277 billed yearly) up to 50,000 for $1,499
  • Missed-call follow-up texts are a real product feature: after an unanswered inbound call, Salesmsg can send your message about five seconds later
  • Every plan includes one seat, one local or toll-free number, inbound and outbound calling, and CRM hooks the site names for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zapier

Cons

  • Incoming texts use credits the same way outbound texts do, and call minutes burn credits too (1 per minute, 2 per forwarded minute), so a busy inbox empties the pot faster than a blast-only tool
  • Plan credits do not roll over. Extra seats are $10 a month and extra numbers $5 a month after the first of each
  • Carrier fees and 10DLC registration bill separately, failed sends still cost a credit, and AI texting agents add 2 credits per message

At a glance

  • What it does: Salesmsg is a business texting and calling inbox for two-way SMS and MMS, broadcasts, dialing from the same number, and automatic texts after a missed call. It belongs in the missed-call text-back aisle.
  • Who should buy it: A one or two person HubSpot or Salesforce team that wants one number for texts and calls, plus an automatic reply when a call goes unanswered.
  • Who should skip it: Anyone who only needs cheap list blasts with free inbound replies. SimpleTexting at $29 a month for 500 credits includes three users and free incoming SMS. Textedly at $29 includes the number without billing call minutes against a shared pot.
  • Real monthly cost: Salesmsg Basic is $25 a month for 500 credits with one seat and one number. The 1,000-credit Basic tier is $49. Paid yearly those are $21 and $42 a month. Two extra teammates on the $25 plan make it $45 before carrier fees. Pro starts at $329 a month for 10,000 credits, or $277 a month billed yearly. (salesmessage.com/pricing, November 6, 2026)
  • Limits: SMS uses 1 credit per 160 characters. MMS uses 2. Calling uses 1 credit per minute and forwarding uses 2. Incoming texts count. Plan credits do not roll over. The 14-day trial includes 25 credits. A 30-day money-back guarantee refunds the plan less credits used.
  • Integrations: The pricing page names ActiveCampaign, Aircall, Intercom, HubSpot, Keap, Make, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Slack, Twilio, and Zapier. Calling is on Basic and Pro.
  • Closest alternatives: SimpleTexting at $29 a month for 500 credits if you want three seats and free inbound. Textedly at $29 for 500 messages with the number included. Quo at $19 a user a month if the main job is a shared phone line with missed-call auto-replies, not CRM broadcasts.

What it actually does

Salesmsg is a shared inbox for texts and calls on a business number. You text one to one or in broadcasts, answer from the web or mobile app, and dial from the same line. Recordings, transfers, and voicemail sit there too. The help center documents missed-call follow-up texts: when an inbound call resolves as no answer, Salesmsg can send your saved SMS after about five seconds.

Credits are the meter. On the pricing page we opened November 6, 2026, Basic tiers run 500 credits for $25, 1,000 for $49, 2,500 for $99, 5,000 for $179, and 7,500 for $249. Pro tiers start at 10,000 credits for $329 and climb to 50,000 for $1,499. Annual billing shows those as $21 through $1,260 a month with a year’s credits up front. Enterprise is custom.

Who should buy it

Buy it

Buy it if missed calls and CRM texting are the same problem. SimpleTexting and Textedly both start near $25 to $29 for 500 texts, but neither card says they text a caller you missed. Salesmsg does, and calling lives in the same login.

Skip it

Do not buy it if inbound volume is high and you expected free replies. Incoming texts spend credits. So do call minutes. A week of back-and-forth plus short calls can empty a 500-credit Basic plan before any promo goes out. Plan credits also expire at cycle end, unlike SimpleTexting’s one-month rollover.

The catch

If you’d rather not become the software person, we set it up for you, nationwide: start at /start/ or see /installs/.

Who installs this

These listings declare the same aisle Salesmsg sits on, or they name the software itself. It is not a vendor partner badge. Buying the subscription is the easy part. Getting it configured is the work.
