What it actually does
RealVoice AI is a phone-and-website voice product from Virtual Workforce Solutions at realvoice.ai. You get a dedicated local number and an embeddable voice widget. The same agent answers inbound calls, talks to website visitors who click to speak, can book an appointment, and can transfer. Home-services copy is written for plumbers and HVAC: emergency triage, service-area checks, quote request capture, and after-hours pickup. That is the product they want a truck shop to buy.
Three public plans on realvoice.ai/pricing on September 12, 2026. Starter is $99 a month for 100 minutes. Growth is $149 for 250. Premium is $199 for 500. Custom is contact sales for 500-plus minutes. The page FAQ and the Product schema on that URL print the same dollars. Overage is $0.15 a minute with notifications as you approach the limit. Plan changes are immediate and prorated on the FAQ. Trial language on pricing is 20 free calls with no credit card to start. Other pages still say a 14-day trial. Use the pricing FAQ for the trial you can read without a sales call.
It is not a human answering service. There is no Smith.ai or Ruby person behind the bot. It is not missed-call text-back as a priced SKU. It is not a Jobber or Housecall Pro brain out of the box. The home-services page says it integrates with ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro. The Custom Actions page says CRM and calendar tool integrations are a custom build you request. Calendar integration and appointment booking sit on every public plan card. Google Calendar is also called out again on the Custom card. Treat shop-OS booking as a project, not a toggle.
Who should buy it
Buy it
Buy Starter if after-hours and website voice both matter, 100 minutes is close to a real month, and $0.15 overage is a line item you can forecast. Buy Growth when 250 minutes matches the week. Buy Premium when 500 is the honest floor. The widget is the differentiator against a pure phone bot. If callers and Google Ads visitors both leak, one agent on both surfaces is the pitch.
Skip it
Do not buy Starter thinking 100 minutes equals storm week. Do not buy it if a 2 a.m. emergency needs a person on the line. That is still Smith.ai or Ruby. Do not buy it as native Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan dispatch without a scoped integration. Avoca lives in that quote-only ServiceTitan aisle. Do not treat the meta description “starting at $49/month” as a From. The live cards and schema open at $99.
The catch
The reason not to buy, even when $99 matches Frontdesk Business-in-a-Box, is the meter plus the paper mismatch. Frontdesk includes 200 voice minutes at $99. RealVoice Starter includes 100, then $0.15 a minute. Pricing chrome says cancel anytime. Terms updated September 12, 2026 say either party may terminate with 30 days written notice for convenience, California law, San Francisco arbitration. Marketing “thousands of businesses” and the Stork.AI roundup that still claimed no public pricing as of May 2026 are not a G2 stack you can lean on. We did not find a clean independent review footprint the day we sat through the page.
