Happy customers mean to leave a review. Then they get back to their day. We wire the ask into the moment a job is marked done, so it lands while they still remember your name. Every customer gets the same ask, and every one of them is free to be honest. About five business days to install. About one hour of your time.
The route at a glance
Same work order as every Counter & Crew install. Different test: we finish a fake job and check what your customer actually gets on their phone.
Station 00 Before Day 1 · Self-serve
This one hides in plain sight. You finish a job, the customer says "you saved my weekend," and that's the last anyone hears of it. Meanwhile the newer company down the road has more reviews than you do. If two or more of these sound familiar, your reviews are costing you calls.
Run the checklist, or pick "Missing reviews" in Find AI.
The review tools we'd buy, with public prices, and the ones to skip.
Station 01 Day 1 · 30 minutes
Before the call we pull your Google profile and the three businesses that show up next to you: how many reviews, how recent, how many got a reply. On the call we find where your jobs get marked done, whether that's Jobber, Housecall Pro, a spreadsheet, or a paper calendar on the counter, because that's where the ask has to start. Sometimes the fix is a setting you already pay for. Housecall Pro, for one, already includes the review ask. Sometimes it's nothing at all.
Tell us where a job gets marked finished, and roughly how many jobs you do a week.
A review report and an honest yes, no, or "turn on what you already own."
Station 02 Day 1–2 · We do the homework
The review aisle is full of dashboards built for franchise groups, sold on contracts a one-location business can't easily leave. Most owners need one thing done well: a text and an email after every finished job, one reminder if they ignore it, and a stop once they've reviewed. The top score isn't always the pick. Housecall Pro scores higher, but it's a whole job system. If you already run Jobber, the $75 ask is the buy. You see the score and the public price before you say yes.
Scores, verdicts, and prices as published on /categories/review-management/, checked Oct 7, 2026. NiceJob catch, from our review: the parent company is the risk.
Station 03 Day 2–4 · Remote, in your accounts
Everything is built in your accounts, under your logins. We connect the review tool to wherever your jobs get marked done, write the ask in your voice, and set one reminder, not five. Then we test it the way your customer will meet it: close a test job, wait for the text, tap the link on a phone, and make sure it opens your Google review box. Not a survey first. Not a page that sends happy customers to Google and unhappy ones to a form. If it fails on our phone, it never reaches theirs.
Read the ask and the reminder. Approve them, or tell us what sounds wrong.
Connect, write, wire the review link, and run test jobs until it's boring.
Station 04 Day 5 · 20 minutes
A 20-minute walkthrough for you and whoever closes out jobs. Then the runbook: every login in your name, when the ask fires, your direct Google review link for invoices and receipts, and plain rules for replies, including what to say, and what not to say, when a review stings. Keep us on care, or run it yourself. Either way, nothing is held hostage.
Station 05 Day 6 onward · Optional care plan
Every week you get one short report: jobs finished, asks sent, reviews that landed, and which ones still need a reply. We draft the replies for you to approve, and we flag the angry ones the same day, so you can call that customer before anyone types a word. Every quarter we re-check your tool against our latest scorecard, and if it starts underperforming, we swap it and tell you why.
New Google reviews
The honest clock
Our install finishes in a week. The reviews come as fast as you finish work, and no faster. Here's what usually moves, and roughly when.
Every job marked done from today gets the same ask. The first reviews come from this week's customers.
More finished jobs, more asks, more reviews. No tool makes a slow month busy.
The date on your latest review stops working against you.
Every review gets a reply, the rough ones too. A calm answer to a two-star review tells the next caller a lot.
Who does what
What happens when it works
Every review is a stranger telling the next stranger you showed up and did it right. Fresh reviews help you show up on the map, the map brings calls, and every call you catch becomes another job to ask about. The businesses that pull ahead pair the Review Engine with the two installs on either side of it.
