Dialzara is Dialzara LLC at dialzara.com (Eagle, Idaho). The flagship is an AI that answers the shop phone. You forward the line or take a Dialzara number, the bot works from a prompt built off your site, sends a summary, and can transfer. Homepage demo line is 866-545-9272.
Four inbound plans on dialzara.com/pricing on September 7, 2026. Business Lite is $29 a month for 60 minutes, then $0.48 a minute. Pro is $99 for 220 minutes at $0.45 overage. Plus is $199 for 500 at $0.40. Elite is $349 for 1,000 at $0.35. FAQ: only live talk time, tracked to the second, not rounded up. Hit zero and callers go to voicemail unless you buy more. Extra minutes do not expire. From is Lite monthly cash at $29. Do not invent annual dollars.
The plan table is the trap. Lite gets message taking, blind transfer, and Zapier or Make. Warm transfer, after-hours rules, bilingual English and Spanish, and Google or Outlook calendar sync start at Pro. Outbound voice is separate from $750 a month. AI SMS is $19 plus $0.05 per AI message. Website chatbot is $39 standalone or free with voice for 100 sessions. FAQ phone numbers: $3 local, $5 toll-free. It is not a human desk. There is no Smith.ai person behind the bot. It is not missed-call text-back as a priced SKU.

Buy it
Buy Lite if after-hours is a handful of calls and sixty minutes is an honest month. Buy Pro if you needed the bot on Google Calendar or Outlook while you still have a wrench in your hand, and you will pay $99 for warm transfer and Spanish. Integrations are calendar plus CRM through Make, Zapier, or API. No native Jobber or Housecall Pro card on the pricing page we opened.
Skip it
Do not buy Lite thinking you bought a booker. Do not read “unlimited calls” on the homepage as unlimited minutes. Concurrent capacity is not the 60-minute bucket. Do not treat it as Rosie Professional at $49 for 250 minutes. Rosie texts a booking link on that card. Dialzara Lite is thinner on minutes and on calendar.
The catch
The reason not to buy, even when $29 looks cheapest in the aisle, is the Lite floor. The features a shop owner meant by receptionist (calendar, warm handoff, Spanish) sit on Pro, and a busy week of short calls blows sixty minutes at $0.48 overage.
