What it actually does
Service Fusion is the shop operating system at servicefusion.com. FSM Technologies, LLC does business as Service Fusion. EverCommerce sits behind the brand. You quote the job, put it on the board, send the tech, invoice, and take the card. That is the product. It is not a reviews company with a public reviews SKU. It is not an AI receptionist you can buy tonight without asking about ServiceCall.ai as an add-on.
Three public plans on servicefusion.com/pricing on September 6, 2026. Monthly cash: Starter $245, Plus $382, Pro $627. Unlimited users on every card. The FAQ says the same: one tech and one dispatcher, or twenty techs and a full office, the plan price does not change. Annual toggle saves 15% and prints as $208 / $325 / $533 per month, charged as one annual payment at sign-up. Do not put the annual number in From. From is Starter monthly cash at $245.
Starter covers customer management, estimates and jobs, scheduling and dispatch, integrated payments, QuickBooks, invoicing, payment processing, project management, reporting, text messaging alerts, and estimate options. Plus adds job photo uploads, inventory, job costing, and integrated voice and text. Pro adds open API, custom documents, eSign, a customer web portal, and progress billing plus recurring invoicing. GPS fleet tracking and ServiceCall.ai sit as named add-ons with no public dollars on the pricing page we opened. Do not invent them.
The buy button is Get a Free Demo. Sales line on the page is (817) 230-8203. There is no self-serve cart with a published trial the way Jobber and Housecall Pro run. Marketing copy says no contract requirements, personalized onboarding, and unlimited support by email, phone, or live chat. Homepage banner prints 4.5 from 2,369 reviews. Pricing page claims over 7,000 service companies.

Buy it if you run a home-service shop where per-seat math on Jobber or Housecall Pro starts to hurt, you wanted one board for estimate through invoice, and you will pay $245 cash for unlimited users after a demo. HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, locksmith, and appliance repair are the industries they list. QuickBooks Online and Desktop are named. Payments are in the box.
Skip it
Do not buy it if you are a one or two-truck shop that needed quotes and invoices this week. Jobber Core is $49 a month cash. Housecall Pro Basic is $79. Those are public tables with self-serve trials. Do not buy Starter thinking you bought a voice on the line. ServiceCall.ai is an add-on. Do not buy it as a Google reviews box. That is still NiceJob at $75, or Housecall Pro with the review ask included.
The catch
The reason not to buy, even when the OS is the right aisle, is the floor plus the paper. FAQ: plans are month-to-month, annual saves 15%. Subscription Agreement last modified March 23, 2026. The initial term is on the Online Order. It auto-renews for successive periods equal to that term. Either party needs 30 days written notice before the end of the then-current term. Fees are non-refundable. Annual prepaid is charged in full at sign-up. Cancel mid-year and you do not get a prorated refund on that prepaid year.
