At a glance
- What it does: Leadferno is a shared texting inbox with a website widget called Leadbox, so visitors can text you from your site and your team answers from one place. It is not missed-call text-back.
- Who should buy it: A business with several people answering web leads, such as a contractor, law office, moving company, or real estate team, that wants up to 10 users on one flat price.
- Who should skip it: A one-person business that mostly sends texts to a list. EZ Texting starts at $25 a month and Textedly at $29.
- Real monthly cost: Leadferno Pro is $150 a month for up to 1,000 SMS credits and 10 users. Premium is $225 for 5,000 credits and 25 users. Enterprise is $395 for 12,500 credits and 50 users. Paid annually they are $135, $200, and $350 a month. (leadferno.com/pricing, November 5, 2026)
- Limits: Pro texts from a toll-free number only. Your own landline or a local 10DLC number needs Premium. Each plan is one profile and one shared inbox; more locations or departments mean more profiles, and the page does not price them. No overage rate is listed.
- Integrations: Zapier, Facebook Messenger, and Google Analytics events on every plan. API access starts on Premium.
- Closest alternatives: SimpleTexting at $29 a month for 500 credits with three users. Textedly at $29 for 500 messages with the number included. EZ Texting at $25 for 500 credits and one user.
What it actually does
Leadferno puts a text widget on your website. A visitor taps it, types a question, and the message lands in a shared inbox your team works from. The widget also offers call requests, click-to-call, and links to forms. From the inbox you send auto-replies, shortcuts, reminders, and scheduled messages, and Facebook Messenger conversations show up in the same place.
The plan sets your credits, users, and how many domains can carry the widget: 3 on Pro, 10 on Premium, 25 on Enterprise. The site talks about losing leads to voicemail and missed calls, but the fix it sells is the widget and fast replies. We found no feature that texts a caller automatically after an unanswered call.
Who should buy it
Buy it
Buy it if your leads come from your website and more than two or three people answer them. SimpleTexting includes three users at $29. EZ Texting includes one at $25, and Textedly charges $10 per teammate. Leadferno includes ten on Pro, so a busy team gets a lower per-person cost even though the bill starts higher.
Skip it
Do not buy it to text a list cheaply. At 1,000 texts a month, SimpleTexting and Textedly list $49 on our cards. Leadferno asks $150 for the same credit count, and it sends those texts from a toll-free number unless you move up to $225.
Do not buy it for missed calls either. That job sits in the missed-call text-back aisle.
