- ServiceAgent lists Launch at $0, Core at $49 a month ($39 billed yearly), Growth at $119 ($95), and Franchise at $349 ($279) on serviceagent.ai/pricing, checked October 13, 2026.
- The AI receptionist runs on credits at 15 per voice minute. Core’s 2,000 credits is about 133 minutes a month if nothing else uses them (our math).
- Payment fees and a cut of ad spend sit on top of every plan, and no trial or cancellation terms are printed.
What it actually does
ServiceAgent is less an answering service than a whole front office with a phone agent attached. The free Launch plan gives one user a CRM with unlimited contacts, a booking widget with calendar sync, manual website chat, and invoicing with tap-to-pay. It has no monthly credits, so the AI does nothing unless you buy them.
Paid plans add credits and automation. Core is $49 a month, or $39 billed yearly, for 2 users, 2,000 credits, 10 active SMS or email automations, and review requests. Growth is $119, or $95 yearly, for unlimited users, 6,000 credits, unlimited workflows, an ad launcher for Google and Meta, AI review replies, and AI website chat. Franchise is $349, or $279 yearly, for 3 locations, 20,000 credits, API access, and webhooks.
The credit menu is the real price list. An AI voice minute is 15 credits, an SMS segment is 2, an ad creative is 5, and an AI review reply is 1. Extra credits are listed at $0.02 to $0.04 each. Setup, per the homepage, is a few questions, connecting your calendar and phone tools, and forwarding calls.
It comes from SaaS Labs, the company behind JustCall, but it is a different product with different billing.
Who should buy it
Buy it
Buy it if you run a small business in home services, cleaning, or a similar field, you have no CRM yet, and you want booking, invoices, review asks, and call answering under one login. The free plan is a fair way to try the CRM before spending anything.
The catch
The reason not to buy is that the phone is the expensive part and the plan hides it. 133 minutes on Core is fewer than Rosie, which lists 250 minutes for the same $49, and every reminder text you send eats into that pool. A busy month means topping up at a rate the page gives only as a range. Add the payment fee on every invoice and up to 10% of ad spend, and the $49 is a floor, not a bill. If you only need the phone answered, a plain receptionist like Rosie or Goodcall is easier to price.
We also could not trust the social proof. The homepage quotes customers named Don Corleone, Saul Goodman, and Bruce Wayne. That may be a joke, but it means the reviews tell you nothing.
